Cancellation/reschedule policy

We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If we are not informed of a change in your appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or if you do not show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) and we will also require a 50% deposit when you book your next appointment. A 2nd no-show requires a deposit in full for the services. A 3rd no-show and we obviously are not a good fit and you need to find a new lash artist.

late arrival policy

We ask our guests to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience with their stylist. We will do our best to accommodate late arriving guests within 15 minutes of their reserved time slot.

  • If you are up to 15 minutes late - We will still fill your lashes, but you just get 15 minutes less of lashes and the price does not change.

  • If you are more that 15 minutes late – Your appointment is marked as a no-show. Any no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) and also require a 50% deposit when you book your next appointment. A 2nd no-show requires a deposit in full for the services. A 3rd no-show and we obviously are not a good fit and you need to find a new lash artist.

This policy stands so that we can ensure quality service for you as well as other Lashwell Chico clients who arrive following your appointment.

reminders and confirmation

Lashwell Chico uses Square for all appointments and reminders. Automatic reminders are emailed and sent by text (as long as that information is provided) at different times. The system also sends out a request to confirm your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment DOES NOT automatically cancel your appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment when receiving any of the reminders, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a charge.

No makeup

Please do NOT have any makeup on when you arrive. If you have makeup on, or have worn any makeup on or around your eyes in the last few days, PLEASE wash your lashes prior to your appointment. If you need to remove makeup at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early. Having makeup on your lashes prohibits the glue from attaching to your lash. The glue will adhere to the makeup, then wash off (along with the extension)as soon as you wash your eyes. 

No Phones

This is a time for you to relax and reflect. Please turn your phone to vibrate prior to entering the studio. If you need noise, please bring earbuds and you will be able to have your phone nearby for music. 

When you are distracted by your phone, you move and make it very hard for the lash artist to work. Some people actually need to text constantly. This is NOT allowed! Our time is just as important as yours, and just as that text is important to send or answer, it is important to your lash professional to do an amazing job in a timely manner. Texting does not allow that to happen.

no guests, please

Having your Lashes extended is a very relaxing experience. Also, the lash artist needs to be able to work without distraction to give you the very best results. For this reason, we ask that you do not bring your BFF, your significant other, or your children to your appointment with you. If you would like someone to accompany you for your first visit to the studio, we will allow your guest to sit with you through the consultation, but once the procedure starts, your guest will need to come back for you when you are finished for the big reveal!

refill policy of another salon's work

Lashwell Chico will perform refills on work that has not been performed by us on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the current set must be removed, a fee of $20.00 will be charged for removing eyelash extensions from another salon.
