• LATE POLICY

  • I will be strictly enforcing my late policy:

  • If you are up to 15 minutes late - I will still fill your lashes, but you just get 15 minutes less of lashes and the price does not change.

  • If you are more that 15 minutes late – Your appointment is marked as a no-show. Any no-shows will be charged $25.00 and also require a 50% deposit when you book your next appointment. A 2nd no-show requires a deposit in full for the services. A 3rd no-show and we obviously are not a good fit and you need to find a new lash artist.

 

• NO-SHOW

• BOOKING

  • My system will now require a credit card to be on file in order to book an appointment. This credit card will never be charged unless you are a no-show, then you will be charged the $25.00 fee. If for some reason you are not comfortable putting your credit card on my secure website, please feel free to contact me and we will work something out.
